Address Specification:
Customers are requested to provide an accurate address to avoid delays in the timely delivery of the product by shipping companies.
Delivery Fees:
When choosing the product delivery service to your home, please consider that delivery fees and times may vary based on the type of product, selected service, and the delivery address.
Rescheduling Delivery:
In case no one is available at the specified address during product delivery, the shipping company will contact you to arrange a new delivery appointment. The product can be left for others after obtaining authorization from the customer.
User Responsibility:
Please retain your delivery receipt. The user will receive payment confirmation via email or SMS within 3 days of payment confirmation.
Free Shipping/Delivery:
Free shipping is offered for orders exceeding 1000 Shekels. For orders below this amount, fees depend on the shipping company and the destination address.
Delivery Time:
Product delivery to the customer takes between one to seven working days at most. Shipments are subject to official days and holidays in Palestine.
